Plans


Kick offers four different subscriptions: Free, Basic, Plus and Enterprise. Visit our pricing page here or go to https://www.kick.co/pricing to get a comprehensive breakdown of what’s included in each Plan.

Your Kick plan determines which features you can access, such as Custom Categories, Multi-Entity Support, and the Balance Sheet report.

How do I change my Plan?


  1. Navigate to Plans - You can view, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time from by navigating from your Profile in the top right corner → Plans.

  2. Update Plan - Modify your existing plan by clicking on Update plan.

When will my plan changes take effect?


Your plan will change at the end of your billing period. For example, a Plus Plan that began on January 1 and is billed quarterly was downgraded on February 13 will remain a Plus Plan until the end of the period, March 31. On April 1, the Plan will be downgraded to the selected plan.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?


To cancel your subscription go to Settings > Billing. After canceling you will continue to have access to data during your Subscription period.
