What if my financial institution doesn’t connect to Plaid?


If your bank or credit card does not have a Plaid connection you can import your transaction data into Kick.

You’ll need to download your transactions either in .csv format or download your bank statements.

  1. Import .csv data directly into Kick.
  2. Import statements

Import your .csv data directly into Kick:


  1. Navigate to the Accounts Tab

    Visit the “Accounts” tab via the sidebar or visit https://use.kick.co/accounts.

  2. Add Account

  3. Upload your file

  4. In Review

Import your Bank, Credit Card or other financial statement directly into Kick:


  1. Navigate to the Accounts Tab
  2. Add Account
  3. Upload your statements
  4. In Review Our team will review your imported data. Please note that importing may take up to 24 hours. If you need additional support please reach out to [email protected] or send us a support message in Kick.
